Return Period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. For orders delivered within the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws, which allows you to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It is in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
- It includes all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@timeforclix.store so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items can be returned and refunded under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
For customers within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@timeforclix.store
Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
